Welcome to WEWASH Cleaning Services. By accessing our website, obtaining an online estimate, or scheduling a service appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope & Initial Estimates

WEWASH provides owner-operated cleaning for residential and commercial carpets, upholstery, mattresses, and area rugs in Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas.

• Online starting estimates are generated based on customer-selected room quantities, fabric types, and optional treatments.
• All estimates are subject to a brief on-site pre-inspection prior to commencing work to verify room dimensions, fabric conditions, and specific stain requirements.
• Work commences only after the client approves the final price on-site.

2. Payment & Discount Terms

• Prepay Online (10% Discount): Customers opting to prepay via card at the time of online booking receive a 10% discount on their estimate total. Prepayments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Pay On-Site: Customers choosing Pay On-Site may complete payment via Credit/Debit Card, Cash, or Check immediately following service completion and inspection.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge by calling or texting (407) 519-0001 or replying to your SMS booking confirmation.

4. Pre-Service Customer Responsibilities

To ensure optimal cleaning efficiency and safety:

• Please remove small breakable objects, toys, and light items from the area prior to our arrival.
• Ensure clear vehicle access to the driveway or property entrance for hot water extraction equipment.
• Keep pets in a secure room away from open doors and moving equipment during cleaning.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you notice any area or spot that needs additional attention after cleaning, please inform us within 48 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEWASH is fully insured. While we exercise extreme care on every job, WEWASH is not liable for pre-existing material defects, permanent discoloration caused by prior acid/bleach spills, or damage to loose carpet seams/fibers already compromised before service.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: WEWASH Appointment Notifications

Program Description: When you book a cleaning service through our website or provide your phone number to request an estimate, you may receive automated SMS text messages from WEWASH Cleaning Services regarding your appointment confirmation, booking reminders, technician dispatch updates, and customer support.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2–5 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, and technician updates). No recurring marketing messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a confirmation text that you have been unsubscribed.

Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. WEWASH reserves the right to modify this SMS program at any time.
